DAN O’CONNOR

Dan is a RN with over 19 years of experience in healthcare and clinical informatics with past roles ranging from clinical analyst to CIO. He earned his MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester with concentrations in Finance and Operations Management, as well as undergraduate degrees from SUNY Alfred in Nursing and Alfred University in Marketing and Management. His areas of expertise include strategic and project planning, clinical transformation, workflow design, IT management and budgeting. Dan provides clients with strategic management consulting services, implementation planning, staffing alignment and ongoing resource allocation.

JONCÉ SMITH

Joncé Smith is the vice president of revenue cycle management at Stoltenberg Consulting. She holds over 30 years of healthcare industry and management experience with work spanning the public, private, academic and government sectors. With a special focus on revenue cycle optimization and business office transformation, she also provides client services for implementation, roadmap strategy, project management and account oversight. Joncé has a long history with data analytics due to her medical technology background and accounting experience.

 

SHANA TACHIKAWA

As director of communications, Shana oversees all marketing and PR endeavors from social media and external communication collateral to trade shows and event planning. Her goal is to provide added value to readers by sharing Stoltenberg’s direct insight and best practices to aid overburdened IT departments and struggling health systems. Shana received her BA from Ohio Northern University (ONU) and MBA from the University of Findlay.
